Decent ex uk prices

Just picked up two j savers man Dxb return in for Ł3.5k - lowest I've seen for a longtime - immediately used miles to upgrade both to F ^

A little Sterling strength can't hurt...

but what about if you convert to AED?

17,200 AED which is the cost of one DXB to MAN return....

Don't get me started on ex-DXB prices.

but what I meant is, how much cheaper is the MAN-DXB fare compared to your previous reference point if you factor the recent Sterling appreciation

Well, ex CPT into the UK is very different.
We (the mrs and I) need to get to LGW (or LHR) mid January. Last week, there were still J saver fares available, now I only see Flex. That's an extra ZAR20000 for the two of us.
The mrs is definitely going to pressure me to fly Y (and spend the difference on 'something nice').

I'll wait a bit, but am not too hopeful that Saver fares will suddenly come back....

ex CPT to India in December coming in around R13k in Y, that's about 50% more than every other ticket I've booked this year
