Disappointed to see Emirates do not have a bourbon in business.
You only get it in first class
Can't see one at the bar either on the A380 from photos.

I've no idea
Maybe they would?
I'm hoping so.....
I guess I was just surprised as Emirates is the only airline I know that doesn't have bourbon in business.

Annex 313.
Canada and Mexico shall recognize Bourbon Whiskey and Tennessee Whiskey, which is a straight Bourbon Whiskey authorized to be produced only in the State of Tennessee, as distinctive products of the United States. Accordingly, Canada and Mexico shall not permit the sale of any product as Bourbon Whiskey or Tennessee Whiskey, unless it has been manufactured in the United States in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United States governing the manufacture of Bourbon Whiskey and Tennessee Whiskey.

On another note, Martini & Rossi sweet vermouth is terrible and ruins manhattans. I might bring a miniature of Carpano Antica for the bartender for my next flight.

Technicallly, based on the language of the NAFTA agreement, which provides the only legal documentation of what Tennesee Whiskey is (yes, I know, it's the Lincoln County Process)...
So, yes, EK has a Bourbon in J. But do they have a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, which is probably what most people mean when they talk about bourbon? Nope, just in F.

I mean if they are making Manhattans with corn based whiskey I'm pretty sure alcohol purism isn't high on their list of priorities
They should not allow you to open your own bottles on board. I tried with just the same bottle as you are going to try

on the A380 flights, there is usually a 1st class passenger who can be coaxed to demand being served some bourbon, Dom Perignon or Paradis at the bar ;-)
on a recent DXB to HK flight I enjoyed a few glasses of Paradis Imperial (USD 1000 a bottle) cognac with a friendly 1st class passenger
