First Class Upgrade Availability EF vs EK

Checking for an upgrade to First, expert flyer shows there is availability but not EK. Any idea as to why?

Flight details: 1/23/17 DXB - SEA

I have a J flex fare.

Because Expertflyer has been a little inaccurate, especially for EK Award space, recently
