Having trouble with MMB with a ticket booked through chase travel. Never use a travel agent but cancelled my chase card and needed to use some ultimate reward points. So paid half in UR points, and charged rest to my card. It's a one way DXB-HYD in F. All was fine until I had to make a date change, and chase travel had to reissue the ticket. Since then MMB keep saying there's a technical problem when I try to manage the booking. Called Chase, all is confirmed and fine. Called EK, all is confirmed and fine. When the EK agent tried to open it on MMB through the EK website she received the same error. So really hoping it's all confirmed and it's just a website issue as my other bookings work with MMB just fine.

This thread has been quiet for a long time.
Having an issue with the website and the mobile app that keeps timing out. Trying to book a flight and the website shows 'Internal Server Error' and the app just times out and doesn't load anything. |
