Is EK's Website Having Problem?
Was trying to check available flights for my next trip. After EK site went through the "checking" page, the select flight page was just blank.
Anybody facing the same problem since yesterday? |
Won't let me login at all - keeps looping at captcha

Not that specific problem - but the reality is that barely a week/month goes by without seeing a report of one problem or another affecting the EK site....:td:
My own particular "favourite" is the tiresome silly error messages that pop up just after you've gone through the long process of selecting flights/dates/fare types in order to price up a multi-city itin. Mostly ok for the straightforward stuff. |

I can't even check mileage availability. Every time I try it logs me out

There's certainly some meddling going on. I'm sure a fare tracker option came up when I was browsing the other night, but I can't get it back again. Anyone else seen it?

I think the senior management needs to have a good talk with their IT guys.
Just heard from my department's TA that she had no choice but to rebook 6 guys from NRT to GIG with AF (original with LH), cause the EK site kept bouncing her out. That's 6 J customers gone... |

I'm having a problem with the Manage my bookings section. It won't let me change the car pick up time, either on the Emirates app or the main web page. I've done it previously so I know it can be done, but just no facility to do it.

I always do it this way. Otherwise, call. |
Wonderful. Now site is showing no miles earn even on all flights, nor does it allow you to proceed after choosing the flight.
I think some serious action needs to be taken soon. |

Annoying bugs on EK's website
Why does it always say you can upgrade 2 seats if there is one seat available and then asks you to call the call centre?! It should just say no availability surely?
Also took me 90 minutes on the phone to book an Arabian airpass - such a pain. Also after my last trip to Amman and recent treatment by EK I've booked j not f. ;) |
I've been getting a similar "Availability - Yes" but no upgrade possible. But pretty sure there's no availability anyway based on loads.

3k aed for j to Amman from Dxb is about half price. Will upgrade maybe but they issued me a saver ticket so it's 19k miles to upgrade. We will both be platinum so will get the lounge in Dubai so unless I don't have plans for the miles elsewhere I may leave this one.
