Question Emirates changing your ticket

Okay so I'm going to London ( Heathrow ) from cape town and have purchased economy flex plus ticket outbound ( CPT-LHR) and a economy flex ( lhr-cpt) for the inbound flight , i found out i have enough south african airways voyager miles to use for a business class ticket from cape town to Dubai ( i obviously want go business class then economy ) can i cancel the outbound trip and keep the inbound trip or will i have to cancel the whole booking

THANKS IN ADVANCE !

You would need to cancel the whole thing and reprice based on what you want to do.

Unfortunately not - anything other than a full cancellation would be classed as a reroute and you would have to pay additional fare differences as well as any applicable change fee.

I think he would need two separate one-ways, DXB-LHR and LHR-CPT

Suffice to say, it would probably be quite expensive!

Indeed , just after I finished typing , I saw that the oneway was only as far as DXB , not all the way. The bit about just cancelling the outbound tricked me

Sounds lke he would need to purchase a ticket DXB-LHR-CPT
