Making Changes to Award Ticket
Hello,
I am traveling on an award ticket (booked through JAL) but Emirates DXB-BKK tomorrow. I am trying to leave on an earlier flight and JAL says they cannot make changes and I called Emirates and they said only JAL can make changes...but can the airport/lounge move me up for free to the earlier flight? Expertflyer is showing plenty of space?
First time on Emirates so am not sure how this would work...any help would be much appreciated?

EK is quiet strict with partner redemption -and even paid bookings. At the airport they'll say 'call your issuing carrier' unless the flight is cancelled/severely delayed.
What's JL terms on making changes within T-24 hours anyway?

JAL is changed allowed 2 days prior to departure. So I am out of luck
