I would've added the answer to my unhelpful comment but as the answer was already provided didn't see the need. You can use the Lounge on arrival, then go the wrong way through transit security to exit the airport and return and use it again, however you may have difficulty to enter the secure area more than 6hrs prior to your flight's departure. So being in the lounge 19hrs before an onward flight is fine, leaving and coming back very early might be a problem

I was told recently by security in J/F cl check-in (in DXB T3) that 10 hrs before flight is the limit.

so would you say the reports of people having a check-in agent escort to security and then being allowed to enter more than T-10 are probably outdated? I've read that the check-in agent will explaine the pax is traveling F and is allowed to enter at T-24.

The smart gate wouldn't accept the boarding pass.
And the security are under the same orders ie T-10.
I would doubt very much a check-in agent or a supervisor from check-in being able to bypass that rule.
The lounge boarding pass scanner will accept pax at T-24.
