Emirates finally on twitter

looks like they tweeted 7 things in the past few hrs hoping the tweet daily to keep people updated and serve as customer service

been too long as other airlines have been on twitter for yrs and EK just doing it now

Incorrect. Emirates were on twitter with a verification for a long, long time..(I have been following for a long time) people continued to follow... Emirates tweeted for the first time today (Wednesday)

They run flights around the clock in Dubai but only provide 12 hours of customer assistance? Could have been worse (i.e. nothing), but I would have expected better.

looking at their feed seems to be every few mins they are responding so not too bad

12 hours through that individual platform is not 12 hours period.

It is still 12 more hours than they provide on here.
