Right, who's for a Do?

I volunteer m3red to organise as he'll be back in Dubai soon (unless he's been eaten by a lion on safari).

Emirates Executive

Launched with one A319:

Does it also have any affiliation to Skywards?

News article in The National:
http://www.thenational.ae/business/i...ice-from-dubai

http://www.emirates-executive.com

A poor student like me cannot afford such luxuries

Edit: The article says anywhere in the world. Interesting..

Edit2: It holds up to 19 passengers, but it only has ten suites?

$4k per hour for a jet of this caliber? That sounds like a great deal! Could easily see this shuttle 10 passengers between DXB and DOH for the cost of a business ticket.

Quite, which is why I stated that it sounded very good value - but was obviously wrong and to be fair was caveated by her statement of unsuredness that I mentioned.

It can fly for up to eight hours. That rules out the Americas, Australia, and parts of Asia.

Only rules them out without a refueling stop of course.

For Australia or the Americas, yeah a refuel stop on the way is no big deal. Having to refuel to go to London or Tokyo sounds like a bummer [to someone with no international private jet experience], given that other private jets could take you nonstop.

In short.....NO!! I was told by an EK Sr. Exec whos also my neighbor that Its for Royal family only right now but from what I was told they are looking at acquiring a small sub fleet of these jets which will be available for charter to anyone with the $$ to pay for it.

If that is the case, why bother advertising it then and making a big deal out of it?
