I guess I will give them a call to see what's up. I was hoping everyone was getting the same message and I could avoid sitting on hold. I have tried from my cell phone, tablet, work computer and home computer and I have received the same message.

I spoke to Emirates and they are having an issue. They said they hope to have it fixed by tomorrow.

Did OLCI today w/o problems but if you're getting this error trying to change your flights, the message is misleading: it only ever works online the 1st time (or not at all for some people), for any subsequent attempt it will inevitably fail and there's no point in "trying later." If that's your situation and you're seeing it, you'll have to go through the call center.

The problem I'm having isn't making a change to my ticket it is I can't view my reservation at all. I'm still having the issue today. I hope they fix it soon.

IT changes today as they implement paying for pre booking seats. It was never going to be smooth.
