I guess I will give them a call to see what's up. I was hoping everyone was getting the same message and I could avoid sitting on hold. I have tried from my cell phone, tablet, work computer and home computer and I have received the same message.

Did OLCI today w/o problems but if you're getting this error trying to change your flights, the message is misleading: it only ever works online the 1st time (or not at all for some people), for any subsequent attempt it will inevitably fail and there's no point in "trying later." If that's your situation and you're seeing it, you'll have to go through the call center.
