I do like the new Statement Page though. Much better that it now states your current Tier Miles (rather than automatically including all future miles), and then allowing you to move your 13-month qualifying period around in the bar below, to see how the tier miles will work out each month (including future bookings).

Another related question: When I received the welcome call a week ago or so, they said the status would come live April 1st, which meant, as confirmed by them, that the review period would end April 30th 2014. Website now says March 31st 2014, which would be correct if they have moved the 'go-live' date forward by one day - anybody have any info on this?
13 months is used to determine promotion , not renewal

There used to be a text button that said 'View Upcoming Travel' or something like that which then took you to a page with all your booked flights. From there you could manage each booking, change seats, etc. This seems to be missing from the new website, which, if true, would be a big omission. It seems that the only way to manage your booking is to now type in the booking reference and last name for each booking you want to see. Or, did I miss this somewhere?
Log on via the Emirates portal and select Manage Existing Booking and you'll see a list of Upcoming Travel with links to Manage Booking in the normal way.

Perhaps you could ask them where the upgrades went to please - assuming you get a response to your first email of course. Maybe it is a glitch and not an enhancement that caused them to disappear.

Just seen the new website.
Ive been trying to get prices for a MAN-MRU trip for July to August and whereas I usually have no problems I am getting increasingly frustrated.
After option 2 or 3 which give ridiculous transit times of 10 to 14.5 hours in DXB (and no options for my usual 3 hour stopover at all) the price goes up by around 200, still with stupid transit times.
When I carry on they give me an outbound business class fare and inbound Y for 1800.
I ticked Y not J.
Out of curiosity I tried several dates throughout the year and a lot of months showed no availablity or ridiculous transit times as said before.
I saw others on Tripadvisor saying the same thing - whole months no availablity or coming up with J class fares.
What is going on?
No way will I pay hundreds more for the privilege of 14.5 hour transits when I usually have 2.5-3 hours.

What I can't see is a list of my upcoming travel with the PNR numbers because without those I can't use MMB! Lol

I'm using the UK website and can see my bookings along with PNR. I can still go directly to MMB without typing the PNR.
Remember to Log In first.

I have changed it again to the UK site, and I can now see my PNR's as described in post #19.
Strange enough, it made me login again, even though I was already logged in via the global site, and still showed me logged in. Some teething troubles afoot! But I can see my bookings now, so all good.

Well I was able to get some decently priced flights with decent stopover times today for the first time for days, but every page I have to read cabin layout, routes etc etc and on each options page so I'm not yet inclined to make a booking as looks like the glitches arent ironed out.
I am fed up with having to log on every time I access, plus the old site used to save my preferred departure and arrival airports so I didnt have to enter it every time.
One person on TA said they were quoted 9000 for a Y return to S America....and even the booking clerk on the phone was apparently taken aback by the absurd prices the website's been quoting.
I'm really surprised no one on flyertalk noticed this?
Also there are still a lot of unavailable dates.
