On EK's F service - I'm sure you can get any drink they have on board prior to take-off; they will clear your glass just prior - yet, they can bring you a fresh glass of Dom or whatever it is you wish on take-off ......
recently, when stuck for quite a few hours in Paris in the snow ..... they did do multiple drinks and snacks prior to take-off and ensured that we were well looked after!
