Website malfunction or primitive tech?
I cannot select seats ..... Yet again.... I click, it registers and then there is no booking. The Third World will have its revenge on Emirates for following Dubai type employment policies
Even so I have a question for experts
. What exactly is the Third World failure? Just a poor website or the facthat I am using anIPAD which the website cannot deal with?

I had a similar issue a couple of days when I was trying to assign seats for me and my better half and could not. I called up the skywards desk and apparently the issue was that my wife's passport information was not included in the booking and so the system wasn't allowing any updates without this information.

Pls use a comp. Ipad is always a PIA for me too.
