Emirates Manage a Booking
Is manage a booking not working for anyone else? I get to the screen with flight details, but can't get onto the upgrade page or seat change page

IME, it usually doesn't seem to work when you are wait-listed (for an upgrade) for a flight or your wait-list confirmation has come through but your earlier Y or J booking has not been released. Is that the case with you?
