Hi everyone,
I wrote to Skywards asking them to define what constitutes a "qualifying stay" for Skywards Miles with their hotel partner, Langham Hotels. Their response below is unclear and I feel they haven't fully answered my question. Why can't they simply provide me with a list of "eligible rates" so I can plan my bookings ?

Thank you for your email regarding mileage accrual in your Skywards account.
Please be advised that qualifying stay is not defined as per night. It is applicable to qualifying room rates availed by the Skywards member.
We wish to inform you that eligibility of rates is confirmed by the partner and not all rates would accrue Skyward Miles.
Thank you for your support of Emirates and we look forward to welcoming you back on board.
