Buying a flight ticket with a fare code?

Hello everyone. My name is Alex and I'm about to buy the following plane tickets with Emirates:

London-Dubai
Dubai-Jakarta
Sydney-London.

The thing is, on Kayak.com i find a 871€ fare but since it's a multicity flight the website makes me go to emirates.com and find my flights on my own..then it's more expensive. However, on kayak.com I can see the "fare code", which is the same for the first 2 flights and the 3rd one is different. Can I book the flights with this code somehow?? maybe call Emirates?

Thank you very much..I'm in a hurry.

The easiest way to do this is by calling up the airline and asking what the lowest fare they can get you is. Online, you need to try all sorts of permutations. You haven't given enough information about your dates for someone else to advise.

It might be cheaper to do a surface CGK-BKK and then connect on to SYD if you haven't already booked the CGK-SYD.
