How to upgrade Y to J?
I don't have any miles with Emirates, but I have miles with partners and AMEX miles. Is it possible to buy a Y ticket on Emirates and use partner or AMEX points to upgrade Y to J? I am looking to fly MOW-DXB and that's too long to sit in Y but I also don't want to pony up 4k for a 4 day side-trip. Thanks.

You can only upgrade if you are a Skywards member with Skywards points. You can get an award ticket using partner points Depends on your partners

NO attitude intended, honestly, just an allusion -- with all the scouring youll have to do of your partner rules, it will be a while before you get back here!
