Go to claim missing miles - when you enter your details they should post automatically in a few seconds.

Are the flights at final destination - meaning no onward connection not used yet?

If still connection to use then they wont post untill journey (o/w) completed in full.

Perhaps if you used sentences instead of phrases we'd actually understand what you wanted. You blew off suggestions on how to solve the problem to make it seem like you only want to know if anyone else has a problem. I'm not quite sure what you want to know anymore.

Thumbs down Missing miles

Yes - 3 of us flew NCL - DXB - COK - TRV - DXB - TRV in December - all 3 of our Skywards numbers were added at the time of booking - AND cards were presented at C/I; only our daughter's miles were added, one of my flights was missed off and all of my husbands flights were missing - we only realised when we went to make another booking!

you are correct I wanted to know if anyone else had a problem
am I actually allowed to post here???
or are you the EK police?
are you the phrase and sentences police?

If you actually read my first post .

I asked has anyone else had a problem?

as a long time member here one would assume I know about registering for missing points

I did that and still do not have the pts

after I asked again I now have a reply that yes others are having problems.

they answered my question.

tinkybelle - let's both cool down and take a step back for a minute.

In your first post, you said you'd taken some flights and miles hadn't posted. Nothing more, nothing less.

I replied with a suggestion for how to go about claiming these miles. It's never taken more than a few seconds for me and I didn't know it could. I wasn't just going to assume you knew about this or had already done this, and you didn't clearly state it.

I thought your reply to my post was dismissive. I was trying to help, and you still didn't acknowledge having claimed the miles, so it was still unclear what you wanted. Maybe it wasn't.

Which is why I got worked up and posted the below. Ok, I didn't see at that point that you've been on here for a decade and have several thousand posts to your name.

Which brings us to this, where you eventually acknowledged that you had already tried claiming the miles, and even that had failed. I hope you can see why I reacted the way I did.

Being the EK police might be a fun job. Do you know where I can apply?

I had one case around 1 month ago, where miles didn't posted. Apparently, EK thought I never flown the secend segment of my flight. Weird, but after my call it posted within 2 days. Apparently they had to forward my "case" to Dubai as the call center in Europe couldn't authorise anything.

A little childish?

If you are going to be the (self appointed) font of all EK knowledge, please be a little more civil in your posts.

Has the missing miles online submission been removed?

I can not find it and when seaching on skywards the "how do I claim missing miles" answer directs to the FAQs for all questions.

If someone has a link it would be appreciated.... hopefully it wasnt right in front of me all a long!...
