Not sure if/when it changed, but it sure seems like the F+Guest (in DXB, at least) is now documented.

Y passengers who are not Skywards members appear to be able to buy lounge access. I was under the impression that only members could buy access (of course one can join at the lounge, but still..).
It appears you can't pay $200 to get F lounge access if you have no J lounge privileges: neither Y nor Blue members can buy F lounge access according to this table.
