A380 from MAN (Starting 1st September 2010)!
Just had this email from EK:

From 1st September 2010, Manchester will become the world's first regional airport to have a regular A380 service. The daily service to Dubai will also offer First Class travel - experience your own private suite, dedicated onboard Lounge and onboard Shower Spas. First and Business Class passengers, and Skywards Gold members can also enjoy Emirates dedicated Departure Lounge at Manchester International Airport.
