Multi-destination online redemption
Does anyone know how to, or has anyone been able to, book a multi city redemption online? I'm looking at flights within the same zone, but availability of course is a problem.
On another note, any recommendations re which flights to Europe, or which airports or lounges are good? Haven't been on the A380 yet, and there is some Saver J availability around dates I'm interested in. Any opinions on A380 J vs 77W J?

J class on the A380 is verging on being in a small suite if you take one of the window seats that is hard up against the window. Check the seat map carefully before you select and you will be delighted with the flat bed privacy you will achieve. The rear Biz cabin is best but try to get the front row it it if you can so you are not too close to the bar at the back in case it gets lively.

Ung1 - If you are with a partner again choose carefully and get a pair of seats in the middle which are shown on seat plan as being hard up against each other. Hand holding is difficult but conversation is much easier than in the rows where there is a separation between the seats. Again because there is a separation between you and the aisle both passengers will feel like they are in a private zone.

Ung1 - sorry forgot to mention that on Etihad's new A330 aircraft they have very similar biz class seating to the EK A380. Same comments re choice of seats apply if you are lucky enough to end up on one of these. I cannot remember is seatmap at point of seat selection was as clear as with EK so a call may be necessary to confirm aircraft spec and seating arrangements. Good luck!

Thanks mrtdxb. I'm already aware of EK's and EY's seats, seat plans etc etc. What I wanted to know, was whether the A380 J experience is significantly better than that on the 77W.
PS There won't be any hand holding, as it'll be either my mom or dad flying with me.

If you see flying as a mode of transport and nothing else, then yes, no major difference between J products on 77w and A380. If you are just keen to experience J on the A380 then it is not really about whether they are identical or not, so you should opt for A380.
Personally I can't be bothered about the A380 and as I prefer going out of LGW instead of LHR I end up on a 77w most of the time without any regrets

...then I wouldn't be on FT, would I?
Still no answer to my original question though - is it possible to do multi-destination redemptions online (or on the phone and still get the 10% off)?

To answer my own question.
T&C's do allow for an open jaw reward booking within the same zone. However, no way to do this online. Sent a letter to Skywards, got a reply in one day, saying they would be able to do the booking for me, with 10% discount, and just needed a few details. ^
