New seating layout?

New seating layout?
Flying next friday BHX-DXB on EK38,looking at seat plan in MMB,it shows economy rows 7-50,and seat 49k as a single seat.I've never seen this layout before,and wonder if its an error?As a side note i paid Ł397 for ticket 2 weeks ago,checked yesterday and price had shot up to Ł970,talk about supply and demand!

If you discard the 49K on it's own, isn't it just the normal 2 class 77W? Business up to row 7 and then economy at the back.
Enjoy your trip. I fly this route about twice per month now, but all my planes are the 3 class 77W in the system.
