Does EK have a arrivals lounge in T1 or T3?

I didnt think emirates had one, but when I was looking at this terminal 3 map I noticed 2 lounges located near baggage claim: VIP Arrival Lounge and the Emirates Arrivals Lounge.

Look at Page 8 (Number 2 and 3) on map

Do they exist or only on the map? If so, has anybody visited these lounges?

Yes. You have to clear immigration, collect your baggage and you will find the arrivals lounge. They are quite good.

where can I find additional information regarding the arrivals lounges at DXB? Do they have food, showers, pictures, operating hours, etc?

Question

What kind of service can I expect in this Arrival Lounge T3 (mark 3 on map above before immigration)? Can I take a shower and have a breakfast after arrival in DXB? Or do I have to got to the Business Lounge in T3 departure level (I'm arriving in J class), will I have access at all without onward flight?

Thank you for your insight.
