Hope you dont mind but I dont agree with a lot of what you are saying!

3. The luggage delivery in carousel 10 for First, business class and gold members is a great ideawhen they actually send the F luggage there- they didnt last saturday!. Again your luggage is picked up by a porter and delivered to your limo. Coffee is served when you are waiting for your luggagenever ever in 10 times been offered coffee and agents check your luggage tags against your name .
4. The IFE is outstanding.did not work at all in F on my MRU DXB flight
5. The suite's minibar and snacks are excellent.if they were cold it would be great
6. The service is one of the best.excellent service
7. The quality and choice of food, wine and champagne are one of the best. I love the coffee and dates served before take off.
8. They are the only airline to offer a shower in their A380 which is better than any super luxury hotel.I dont know what hotels you are visiting but I dont find the shower particularly fantastic except that it is in an aircraft
9. Their fares are most reasonable and compete with most of the airlines.I dont find their prices particularly fabulous
10. Their website is good
11. The complimentary toilet kit is of great quality
Points for improvement:
1.Their First class lounge in DXB is a bit too large and can be improved. They have dispensed of the sleeping rooms which was a great facility in the old lounge.I love the fact that the lounge is large so not bumping into people like the J class lounge. the food is fabulous
2. A separate fast track security is needed in DXB.
3. They should offer complimentary toilet kit and pajamas on flights longer than 6 hoursI got kits & PJs on every flight 3 were only 6-7 hrs_I was actually surprised

In comparison AA is more like a glorified business class with almost identical catering, wine and toiletries kit to business class. Their IFE is antiquated and the screen is a joke.
BA still has no suites.
9W has suites but ground and air service is very spotty and check in at Bombay particularly their transfer between domestic and International terminals at is horrendous. If they can provide a limo I do not see any reason why they cannot transfer their premium class passengers by a Taxi which costs less than $40 in Mumbai.

Thanks for clearing that up AGSF. I think they could have used Arnold Schwarzenegger, stick him in there for 10 hours and if he is still smiling I might consider using BA

I've always had them going to Brazil which leaves DXB about 10am and arrives GRU about 6pm

I love and appreciate such great and constructive points. None of us agree with every body and my comments are noted for your new comments if any.
1. The check in desk for First class in DXB is outstanding, Your luggage is picked up by a porter from the limo and put on the scale. They refuse any tips.yes they accept tips Itried on the check in desk. Probably they didnt want to be seen by the agent.
2. The limo service in all airports is efficient and an added perk.
3. The luggage delivery in carousel 10 for First, business class and gold members is a great ideawhen they actually send the F luggage there- they didnt last saturday!. You must be really unlucky. In my lat 7 flights always delivered.
Again your luggage is picked up by a porter and delivered to your limo. Coffee is served when you are waiting for your luggagenever ever in 10 times been offered coffee This has stated from Dec 2009 and I have been offered every time except very early morning and late night flightsand agents check your luggage tags against your name .
4. The IFE is outstanding.[did not work at all in F on my MRU DXB flight[/COLOR]If you had complained they would have given skywards miles. It does happen to even the best particularly on the return legs where mechanics may not be as good as home
5. The suite's minibar and snacks are excellent.if they were cold it would be great Agreed 100% I always ask for a bucket of ice
6. The service is one of the best.excellent service
7. The quality and choice of food, wine and champagne are one of the best. I love the coffee and dates served before take off.
8. They are the only airline to offer a shower in their A380 which is better than any super luxury hotel.I dont know what hotels you are visiting but I dont find the shower particularly fantastic except that it is in an aircraft. I do not mean the size. The floor is warm, the towels are really fluffy and laid out by the FA. The toileteries are really nice
9. Their fares are most reasonable and compete with most of the airlines.I dont find their prices particularly fabulous. You have to search for them. They had a business class fare from SFO-MAA fpr $3547 and now have a frae of 2424 GBP in F class from LHR-MAA and you can fly A380 in both directions from/to DXB. You have to compare to top airlines like CX,SQ,BA.
10. Their website is good
11. The complimentary toilet kit is of great quality
Points for improvement:Agreed
1.Their First class lounge in DXB is a bit too large and can be improved. They have dispensed of the sleeping rooms which was a great facility in the old lounge.I love the fact that the lounge is large so not bumping into people like the J class lounge. the food is fabulous. Agreed

3. They should offer complimentary toilet kit and pajamas on flights longer than 6 hoursI got kits & PJs on every flight 3 were only 6-7 hrs_I was actually surprised. I have flown LHR-DXB and return 3 times last year and never received it. It may be that they offer in SQ/CX covered routes only. It is really inconsistent

I had booked my next flight NBO-DXB-SIN//BOM-DXB-SIN on EK F, but after that UK is on BA J/F, and I am really looking forward to seeing what BA F is like compared to EK F.
I do agree that EK tends to be inconsistent but they never descend to the level of airlines like AA who should be really calling their F class as premium business class.
Please post your comments after you fly BA F from DXB to LHR. I found their services very lukewarm and a bit snooty perhaps because of my cxxxr.

One of the few websites which allows you seat selection (BA doesnt unless you are Gold), allows upgrade (When working), allows Chauffeur drive bookings and fare selection is well laid out with changes easy to make. However it is fragile and crashes quite a few times.

8 return F class flights LHR-BKK,service inconsistent, food hardly anything to write home about and in one instance from LHR-DXB spent most of the flight in the toilet after eating the snowfish.A380 food no better, service again inconsistent.Suites vary from new to falling apart, fast track service on all sectors hardly fast track, equipment downgrades, little on no customer service, had better experience in Malaysian business class.
All round not what i would call a world beating service but thats only my opinion and i am sure others will think different.

I got no amenity kit or PJ's (I asked for the latter), on a 8 1/2 hour daytime flight.

Otherwise the full F suites that I've gotten were excellent. I would like to experience the A380 version, and check out the shower.

Pyjamas are now loaded on all flights longer than 4h40m. However they are not automatically offered on all of those flights, but are on a request basis if needed.
