Transit EK413
When flying AKL-DXB on EK413, when the aircraft is in transit in SYD, will all pax go out into the terminal, stay onboard or optional?
If traveling in F or C, will it be possible to go to the lounge in SYD?

From my experience it's somewhat luck of the draw when it comes to this. They often give you the option to stay onboard, but other times you all must disembark. I have only flown EK412/413 between DXB-SY-DXB, haven't been through to Auckland, so don't have first hand experience of this route.
Depending on how long you have you will definitely be able to use the SYD lounge - no probs.

All passengers must disembark, go through security then back to the boarding area.
If you are F/J passenger or Y with Skywards Gold you will go into the lounge where you could shower, have something to eat, or get a massage (massage chair).
If you are flying J, I suggest you have dinner in the lounge, this way you could maximize your sleep time on the flight back. The food service in J is a tad slow.
If you are in F, a la carte dining will be provided so you can eat whenever you want (and make sure you experience the A380 shower).

Correct. There is no option to stay onboard. Australian authorities require that everybody disembark for security screening. This ensures that all flights leaving Australia have thoroughly met Australian security standards.
And as stated, the Emirates Lounge would be the best place to hang out. Its on the lower level directly after where the security point is so its very easy.
