Another great LY service example

Hi All,
Just wanted to share a good experience with LY yet again.
Landed yesterday in Amsterdam and after I passed the passport control I found out that I have forgotten my laptop on the plane

At 9PM there was NO ONE to talk to except customs at the arrival area.
I called LY in Israel and within 10 minutes the head of LY station in Amsterdam brought the laptop to me personally with a big smile on his face - Also, 10 minutes after that LY called again to my cell to make sure I have the laptop and that all is in order - Now that is great service!.
So thanks LY again - This only reinforce my conviction to stick to LY if I can
Best

A couple of years ago, when I wasn't even SL, I woke up in my flat at 9:30 PM when I was supposed to be on the 10:50 flight out of JFK.

I called El Al's regular service number in Israel on the way to the airport to apologise and beg for them to not close the gate. They apparently called the station manager in JFK and, to make a long story short, I made it to the flight.

First, Mazal Tov for becoming PL, didnt knew that!, Lucky i am TPL, Otherwise i wouldnt sleep at night! (Its like notebooks in the office, i always need to have the best one!)

Second, Next time we arrange you a notebook, it will be so big you wont be able to forget it at the plane

3rd, When you call, depends on the FF number you give you are redirected
to a different call center, If you are calling from a number which is related to your account, you will be automatically transferred to right call center.

Anyway Phones you (everyone) always good to have:
Sherut Shalom Check-In 03-9714187 (if you are late to the BGU airport)
EL-AL GL/PL/TPL VIP Call Center 03-9771111 (But anyone can call there)
EL-AL Sherut Shalom (Lounge) 03-9714082/80
EL-AL TPL/COMM Call Center 03-9771132
EL-AL Regular Call Center - 03-9771000

Thru all the call centers you can ask the special requests ("I forgot...", "I am late....") Probably same people will answer you, the only difference is how
fast you will get your answer, and maybe how nice they will be to you (I believe they are nice to everyone)

Its always good to go to EL-AL web site and print the phones of the stations
(available on the web site), Could save the need to call Israel, You can
call the station directly.
