When I buy M, S or Y, the AAPL appears even on the second BP after I get the upgrade.
When I use a voucher for Z or D class, the AAPL doesn't appear.

Could the AAGL / AAPL refer to the fact that a customer is part of a corporate LY account?

I just bought Z class to EWR cost much less the W and you get points like D.

There was over booking in BIZ so I was asked by Sherut Shalom to move to F
(I was the first on the pl/tpl list for this flight)
My new boarding showed :UGOB (Up grade on Board ? )
no points where taken for that

I was very happy
Thanks Elal and the Sherut Shalom

If its overbooked (Economy or Business) and you are the first pax entitle for an upgrade, you will be upgraded, even if you are on J...
(sometimes no one entitle an upgrade via class level, so they skip the class level and move one to TPL/PL/GL, Points...)

But anyway, Sherut Shalom are very nice, in begining of April my family
was on TLV -> JFK, They didnt got good seats (They were J), I called
Sherut Shalom that at least they will put them togther, They put them
in Business Class for free (Well as they said, it was the only place they can
put them togther... 8-))

On my las flight from EWR to TLV there was only one person on F
I asked to pay for an upgrade from Biz to F
They asked for 1400$. I was thinking about 350$
Someone upgraded from Y to C and he payed 700$

I stayed in my nice seat 10K

NYC <-> TLV Y -> C, 700$, C -> A 1400$
LAX <-> TLV Y -> C, 800$, C -> A 2000$

The bad part is that you wont get points for this onboard upgrade
and that in real life, you could really got C or A seats with this additional
money... 8-(

You can ask paying with points, sometimes they accept it.
(They will sign you on a form that if you dont have enough points you will
be charged in $).

Thanks,
Ebzed..
