PCR test results with embedded QR code?
Some countries require PCR test results for incoming passengers to contain a QR code (embedded in the document, I assume).
Does anyone know an institution/lab in Israel that supplements test results with a QR?
I know that check2fly, one of the cheapest options for a PCR test, doesn't offer QR.

I see that now, having just scrolled through my Israeli conducted tests, none of them have a QR code.
Maybe contact Femi to discuss:"Femi" operates a public information service via multiple options:
Email: [email protected]
WhatsApp at the number 052-2822170
Call center at the number 03-5688505 (active 24/7)
Apologies I cannot be of more help

I took my exit antigen, on 22/3, (for travel to US) at Be pharm. it was done by Test&Go - Femi and it had a QR code. It was taken FOR travel, so maybe that is why, David, where your non QR coded results taken for travel or as an Israeli getting tested for other reasons?

Many thanks for your replies, will talk to Femi.
Meanwhile, called Assuta and they claim that their results have a QR code, though their tests seem to be the most expensive on the market. Also called AIDG who said they will get back to me with an answer, but nada thus far.

I had the one done at my hotel through Tourist Israel to return to the UK....expensive but much less hassle for a visitor.

Tanzania no longer requires PCR-- or any test for that matter-- for entry for vaccinated travelers. The printed requirements stipulate vaccination proof with QR code. You can create a vaccination proof with Go Get Doc Vax. Free online.

Passengers traveling to Zanzibar (ZNZ) must have a negative COVID-19 NAAT or RT-PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The test certificate must have a QR code.

Zanzibar changed their requirements within the last few hours of this writing in order to be consistent with Tanzania.
The question for this forum, of course, is whether or when Israel will relax any of the requirements.
And has anyone heard any updates on the availability of a choice between standard PCR offered on arrival and a rapid PCR with results in several hours? There was some chatter about that.

There was some talk of that, but on my last trip (10 days ago) it wasn't yet offered. But regular PCR on arrival results usually come in within 6-8 hours.
