This is how I would have translated it: "Another hedge transaction, which caused El Al a $49 million loss as of now, is hedging the three months Libor rate."

United and Delta are already covering the routes to EWR and JFK in the New York Area. Air France, Austrian, and Lufthansa are still flying to and from TLV, not to mention RyanAir and Wizz.
It's funny how throughout any wars, El Al as always the one flying, but when it comes to money El Al stops flying.

From now on, El Al itself will officially not be flying. Cargo flights will be undertaken using leased aircraft and passenger flights will not operate

The Israeli airline has put all its remaining 500 air crew, including 100 pilots, on unpaid leave.
The crisis at El Al Israel Airlines Ltd. (TASE: ELAL) has deepened after the flag carrier put its entire air crew including 100 pilots on unpaid leave. The airline had already put more than 90% of its staff on unpaid leave back in March at the start of the Covid-19 crisis. In the past few days, El Al has cancelled all its cargo flights and its few remaining passenger flights, claiming that the pilots were refusing to fly. From now on, El Al itself will officially not be flying. Cargo flights will be undertaken using leased aircraft and passenger flights will not operate
