744 Row 10
For some reason there’s very little info/pictures online for J on the 744’s... so here goes:
Seat map shows row 10 as 2-2-2, curious how those middle 2 seats are and is this row located in F??
Should I better try for last 2 seats on UD (Row 78)?

They are left from the days when EL AL had two rows of F seating, but they are now called "Business Class"

Thanks! Any reason not to take those seats?
Sounds like they should be pretty good seats... Seatguru is of no help.. shows config as 2-3-2 and has row 10 behind the bulkhead not in front

Row 10 is fine. AC and HK are quite private. DG otoh lack a little space. Less overhead space for your bag at this row - but the FA's will help you out, it is biz.
When I can't get the upper deck, I opt for Row 10.

I have 10DG, the only seats on UD available are 78AC should I go for that better?

Upper Deck always best.
Will miss it when they retire the 744's in 2019. Wish they wouldn't be scrapping them.

If UD wasn't available I would always prefer DG to AC or HK, as both seats have direct aisle access.
