Hi all,
I would like to point out that I am fully aware of your feedback and I monitor the forum very closely.
The things you mentioned are being taken care of.
Once again, I appreciate your feedback.
Liat.

Website seems to be up and running with (most) fares loaded.
Not sure where the $80 extra for Smart fares came from because it's very far from that with most Smart fares starting at $300-$400 one way!
Liat for your attention: After choosing flights on the home page you get a message saying you will now be transferred to the UP site..
Unnecessary as you are already on it...

TheMarker seem to confirm what I already noticed in terms of the prices.
While there are some good fares here and there, they are far and few between...
LCA is pricing out at similar prices to CY which are a full service airline.

Earlier today I priced out a trip to Berlin and it was over $1000. Hardly a low-cost carrier. I think I'd rather pay $268 and connect through SAW with Pegasus or pay $468 and connect through DUS on the way there and non-stop on the way back with Air Berlin. EL AL must think we are all a bunch of "Fryarim".

I flew on song once - at the time they had an excellent service, and I didn't notice that they were LCC at all. I remember that Song was the first time I experienced an aircraft with PTVs and it was a delight. Compared to UP, Song should be considered a legacy. Therefore, I believe UP will be more unhelpful to LY than Song was to DL.
