what about the people that paid cash for their tickets through a travel agent?? what if someone else paid for your ticket with his cc? I'm sure its illegal to just charge the cc they have on file.

Then automatically charge his credit card on file the additional cost.
Warn him that if he doesnt cooperate then he can deal with security upon landing. I dont understand why an FA would tolerate that.

Those passengers are rebooked on a flight leaving Gaza Airport for their return.
