Lets Say... A Very Theoratical Question :)
Lets say that you booked a flight on the x/12/2009, And you are coming back
on the y/12/2009...
Lets say that you decided to change your itinerary to be x-1/12/2009 and returning y-1/12/2009.
And lets say that a week after your trip ended you log to EL-AL web site to see
points were given as expected, And you see you got points for x/12/2009 and x-1/12/2009 flight and as well on the return...
Would you call EL-AL to tell them, Hey, You just gave me by mistake Z amount of points (Basic & Extra), Please take them back...
How would you react?
on the y/12/2009...

In the same way I ask them to credit me points when they make a mistake, I would tell them to take the points back. But I always tell the cashier girl that she made a mistake and gave me too much change as well.
That may be just me.

Well Just an update, Not sure how much to believe in what was told...
Called the EL-AL, told them there is a mistake in my account, and I have
a flight i have got points for flight i never did, So a computer mistake probably.
I was given an answer that this is a periodic check (?), And they are very
thankful for my report, And since i am a good customer they give me an upgrade
voucher to Europe or US (They actually asked me to choose, its obvious i choose to the US).
Sof Tof, Hakol Tof,
Happy Hanuka...

What about a guy who almost never checks his account? Or are they check that you are:
a. addicted to entering into your club account.
b. honest.
c. have the time to call them (or to boss someone around to call them).
(and you must satisfy all three conditions).
