Started some time ago, we had a discussion about whether it was immoral - if you wanted the AM flight but it was £50 more than the evening flight - to book yourself on the evening flight and then pitch up for the morning one.

Also, if you miss your flight and arrive at the airport within two hours of it's departure you can get on the next flight (space permitting) for a fixed fee of £35. Not too shabby at all considering a lot of the other carriers would charge a fee and the difference between the original ticket price and the current price.
I've made the earlier flights a couple of times too and been put on for free (before this was announced). Makes good business sense as it gives them a few more hours to sell your now vacant seat on the later flight.
Easyjet really are becoming more professional now. Can't really fault the service at all.
They recently replaced all the 737's they had on my main routes (EDI-LTN, when working in North London and EDI-STN when working in Ipswich) with Airbuses which I'm sure I read gives them one of the youngest fleets going.

What will be amusing is if they start to introduce a cabin at the front of the plane with slightly more legroom and easier boarding and deboarding, plus an included meal so you don't have to fuss about with change/currency etc. all as an addition to your ticket price when you book?
And maybe they could even hang a bit of fabric in the aisle.....;D
