difficulties joining Easyjet Plus

I want to buy Easyjet Plus for my wife, but it would appear that the website is faulty and it's not possible to do this. The "contact us" phone line starts off with the familiar "we're exceptionally busy so it might take longer than usual to answer" etc etc then defaults to giving you 3 options - if your flight has been cancelled, if you want to book a flight etc etc. But no option to speak to a person. so I called the nice people at Flight Club in Capetown and they say if the website is not working properly then that's that. Any idea of a phone number I can call and speak to someone?

Where is the online application failing? Have you tried another browser?

It's not clear what website you tried or what this issue is

Try this https://plus.easyjet.com/become-a-member.aspx

I tried that link. it takes me to a page where I can select "renew my membership". I'm prompted to sign in, and if I click on the tab "additional cards" and try to select the partner card at 185 it won't let me.
Any further suggestions. I'm using Safari on my Mac and have never had any problems with Easyjet website. Very short of hard disk space so reluctant to download Chrome. Any ideas? There must surely be a phone number where I can speak to a real person to do this. I'm wanting to make several bookings and we both want to be Easyjet Plus, otherwise only one of us gets speedy boarding and one of us gets charged for seat selection etc etc.

If yours needs renewed, do that first?

PROBLEM SOLVED. It was obviously a software glitch on the website which has now been fixed! I tried again this morning and it went through ok.
Thanks those who took the time to make suggestions.

I tried on the app several times and always got an error message - never had a page to enter payment.
