Questions on Sidestep Associated Rates - Las Vegas
I booked a minivan through the Sidestep web site, which forwarded me on to the Dollar web site. The rate (for Dec 31-Jan 7) - booked 3 weeks ago - was almost $130 cheaper than the cheapest rate that I could get through the Dollar web site. I wonder why?
One disadvantage - the Sidestep booking only allowed me an airport pickup. The direct Dollar web site allowed me pickup at a hotel (in my case, Mandalay Bay) and drop-off at the airport.
I found out from the technical online support desk, that I can not change the sidestep booking so that I can pick up at the hotel, rather than the airport.
