Problems Accessing Renter Rewards

Is anyone else having difficulties accessing their Renter Rewards account. For at least two weeks now I get this error message on logging in:

We are sorry, but we cannot process your request at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this message, you can contact a customer service representative for assistance.

Wondering if this is just a problem with my account, or a more general issue.

I got a message like this when they had issue with my Arizona Driver License having an expiry date past what they thought was normal (they expire when you turn 65 so mine expired in 2050!). A quick phone call fixed it. I'd suggest giving them a call.
