I believe it (about the cold point). I think the best part (being from LA) was that warmth on a cold November morning. Actually not a fan of cinnamon/sugar on donuts, especially if I already have a bit of that from the cider.

Seriously, a maple bar. A maple glazed doughnut topped with maple bacon. Can you dig it? Also at Voodoo Stumptown Coffee ^ and if your really into a challenge eat the big glazed two pounder in a minute and a half and it's free.

I'm adding Tim Hortons to my list. I went since I posted on this thread and was amazed by how good they were. However, I'm adding the caveat that they must be in Canada, not the fake ones in Michigan.

Excellent point. I've had Tim's here in the U.S. and tried them again when I was in Edmonton. The difference was amazing. Canada's definitely getting the better donuts.
