non-alcoholic - Bloody Mary mix
alcoholic - Heineken, usually. Or, Single malt (not blended) Scotch, if they have it. Or, maybe Makers Mark, Knobb Creek, or Woodford Reserve with a twist of lime and mineral water. But, I've found good Scotch and Bourbon to be scarce, airside.
Best regards,

Haven't heard anyone talk about Becherovka in ages. This reminds me that I have a couple bottles I brought back from PRG a few years ago. If I remember correctly, pretty narly stuff - not sure why I brought any home.

To be honest, I would still probably prefer a Drambuie or a good, mellow single malt like Bushmills, but I have to work with what I've got.

My prefered drink of choice airside is geographically dependent and is only marginally time dependent:
If I'm in:
CVG CRC - Woodford Reserve on the rocks - a really good bourbon
ATL CRC - Maker's Mark on the rocks or their "Big Apple" signature cocktail
DTW WC - Bloody Mary - (one of the best I've had - Major Peters Bold&Spicy mix, with a twist of lime - yum!)
LAX CRC - Bloody Mary - bartender there makes 'em RIGHT! (horseradish, bitters, etc.) be sure to mention that you heard they make a great Bloody Mary
SLC CRC - Fat Tire beer
HNL CRC - who cares, I'm in HNL!
NRT WC - Kirin beer (from the automatic machine!)
Elsewhere, or if those are not available, I tend to stick with red wine or a local beer, if available.

Water all the time.
Woodford reserve or Knob Creek if possible. Makers Mark if you that's all they have. Sometimes with a couple of ice cubes and sometimes with a splash of ginger ale.
If it is late, I'll probably have a beer. Most anything other than mass produced US domestic beers will do.
The other 3% of the time, ginger ale or club soda will do.
