Diet Coke is Coke for fat people
Coke Light is the great tasting Coca-Cola, just less of it

Actually in the diet category, I must say that Coke Zero (US formula) pwns everything else. No comparison.

In the regular soda category, give me a cane-sugar Coca-Cola in a icy cold, glass-bottle.

Coke. No-one in my immediate family has ever failed the Pepsi Challenge- we ALL like Coke better.

I prefer Pepsi but Coke is acceptable. When chilled, Pepsi tastes much better than Coke. I drink hot tea most of the time though. It is cheaper and healthier than those caffeinated/carbonated syrups.

COKE, hands down.

Besides, no one but confused yankees order Jack and Pepsi, or Rum and Pepsi, etc. Coke actually serves a purpose. Pepsi doesn't.

This should really be a poll. I'd like to see the results without counting each post.

BUT
I would never drink cola with a meal of any kind. Its overbearing sweet taste desensitises your taste buds, ensuring that you miss the subtler touches of your food, and the heavy carbon content means that the meal gets digested expeditiously, meaning you end up overeating and/or going hungry sooner than you would otherwise. Champagne and sparkling water are the only carbonated drinks I would ever consider having with a meal.
You done made ALL that carbon-digesting thing up. Thats ridiculous.

PS .. My vote is

Always Coke instead of Pepsi for three reasons:

1. Pepsi tastes medicinal
2. Pepsi goes flat quickly
3. Coke's red cans are prettier than Pepsi's blue cans.

So There!

In countries that use corn sweeteners, I prefer Pepsi. If they use sugar, I prefer Coke. Pepsi just tastes too sweet with sugar for my tastes.

It's not made up, but it is the subject of some contention. The theory is that the additional pressure caused by the CO2 ingested causes the stomach and intestine to distend slightly, allowing more rapid digestion. This would be observed more with colder carbonated drinks, as more of the CO2 remains dissolved when it's drunk.

Others refute this and claim that the distention is minimal, and that other properties of carbonated drinks (such as the relatively strong acidity of colas an the like) contribute to the effect more.

Coke is the best. It is really what distinguishes a great FC cabin. Crown+Pepsi just ain't right!

Diet Coke is also great, but Coke Zero is amazing.

And they do have it in the fountains at Regal Cinemas now where I live in the states!

Always Coca-Cola!

However, it is sad that real sugar Coke is not available in the US of A. (Except for expensive ones at the local tienda or the limited supply of Passover Coke)
