Pretty sure there is a Subway in BKK, basement level by the ARL entrance. (Yes, I appreciate that the ARL is also underground for a little ways there.)

Long live the king, the king is dead.
Burger King left MUC and was replaced by a 'flagship' McDonald with a regular McDonalds, McCaf, Businesszone and McDrive and up to five hours of free parking with purchase. It is outside/landside in the central area though.
(Not that I have ever eaten there, but I was happy to see Burger King go as they have taken over so many of the Autobahn reststops)

I seem to recall McDonalds disappearing from BHM a few years back and ultimately being replaced by Golden Rule BBQ. A positive trade-off except at breakfast time IMO.
HIDDY, are you sure about McD being a fire risk? I've eaten at a BK in a UK airport (MAN?) within the last couple years. Wouldn't the flame broiling process be a bigger risk than the McD grill?

After a major fire caused by fat/grease at Heathrow a few years ago BAA the owners banned all BK and McD's outlets at all of their airports. MAN isn't owned by BAA so your MAN experience is correct. So none at LHR etc.

MIA does have a McDonalds.
It's tucked in the right hand corner of the small food court between the H & J concourses.
At IAD, I've never bothered to look for/notice a McDonalds, as I'd prefer to get my burger fix at 1 of the 2 Five Guys locations

One other facet... Of the big fast food chains, I think McD's has by far the best coffee. I'm so glad the fast food at DAL is McD's, as it's the only decent cup of coffee you can get airside. (Someone explain to me how a pastry place like Cinnabon can serve such dreadful java?)
Is Love Field the biggest airport in the US without an airside Starbucks or specialty coffee place?

RNO has one. It's at the bottom of the escalators, pre-security.

I don't drink coffee, but as an expatriate NYer, I miss Dunkin Donuts here in the Bay Area. On-airport locations are handy for bringing home for other expatriate East-coasters... DFW, ORD have them. I think BOS does, or used to, but it's been a long time since I've been through. Any others?

Haven't you ever see McDonalds at airport?
Hi All,
I realize that what I knows about McDonalds at airports and becase it was too many passengers who wanted to eat at McDonalds all of the times. I dislike it to eat at McDonalds anymore. I know for which US airports who still served the McDonalds is:
ORD, MSP, ATL (concourse E), MIA (concourse J), JFK T7.
Can put on those lists for which US Airports who have McDonalds.
I wasn't sure why these passengers who wanted to eat at McDonalds. Why they can't get rid of it.

Miss Swede has food allergies. When travelling through airports, we can be sure that McDonald's will have something available for her to eat: plain hamburger and fries. If there are other viable options at the airport (Subway, for example), we'll try to steer her towards that than McD's. Mrs. Swede and I will look into other options for our own consumption.

SNA has one
SEA has a Burger King in the N concourse. And we have a Wendy's in the Central food court area.
