SEA as well. I think SJC as well, but not sure.

SEA's street pricing is, and welcome. I remember when Host/Marriott had the monopoly there (some 15 years ago), I paid $6 or 7 for a personal Pizza Hut pizza.

I'm pretty sure RNO has street pricing too.

Agreed on ICN airside. I loved the signs for "Turkey Ice Cream" they had up last fall. Shocking how such a great airport can have such terrible food offerings.

There is a Lotteria that serves up decent burgers, good for fast food at least.

The sit-down place next to the AA gates in MCI. The meat in the BBQ sandwich was dry and tough (scandalous in a city with such a good reputation for barbecue). The sandwich served at the Admirals Club bar is far better.

I agree, I don't eat there very often as it is my home airport but the Houlihans in ATL (both of them) suck

That sushi restaurant at DTW is awful and expensive.

Maybe not worst, but the most annoying is the Starbucks stand at ORD in the UA baggage claim area. Once during irrops, I was given a food voucher and wanted to buy a bag of coffee and they would not allow me. Another time I had a code for a free beverage for taking a survey and they would not take this either. No problems taking my cash though.

ATL has a new restaurant way down in E (right in the center though across from the food court). Anyway, it looks really nice. Anyone ate there?

Try Chez Gerard's in LHRT3

Phillips in the A/B Concourse at BWI.
Pappadeaux in Terminal E at IAH.
Chick-Fil-A at CVG, but not on Sundays.
Anthony's in the main dining atrium at SEA.

As terrier wrote two years ago, in this derby there is a million-way tie for most horrible. I still think the Chili's at DTW is appalling. And there's a big faux pub at LHR Terminal 3 that is absolutely grim.

I usually try to have the Onglet/butcher's cut steak at the Chez Gerard which is tucked into the corner in LHR's T3- Great, relatively cheap meal (they promise the same prices as in London) with a glass of wine before going to the lounge area. Only complaint is speed, but if you ask nicely they try to remember they are working at a departures lounge area in an airport!!

Didn't that used to be TGI Fridays? If so, good riddance.

Well, that is still there. this is across the other way...back towards the escalators. Looks to have an extensive wine selection and perhaps sushi but I didn't have time to try it out when I noticed it.

As for ICN, the "foreigner" satellite terminal is a dump regarding restaurants but there are some reasonable ones in the "Korean" terminal at the transit hotel there.

Worst service at an Airport fast-food joint was at DTW at the Einstein Brothers Bagels there years ago. I ordered turkey on a bagel, and the reply I got was "We don't got no meats". Followed by we don't got other things..
Cheers
Howie

Stock.. that is classic. I usually love Einstein bagels. My personal favorite was at the TGI Fridays in DFW. I ordered a salad, and while mixing it discovered the bottom of the lettuce was covered in dirt/mud.

OK, I know the place you're talking about. It's been there at least 9 months, not that that is indicative of quality. I looked at the menu and decided it was too pricy for my expense report. There were a bunch of soldiers in there who looked to be enjoying themselves, but that is also no indication of quality. You may just have to try it yourself and let the rest of us know.
