Vichy Celestins when available, Vittel, San Pellegrino, Apollinaris, an Austrian one whose name I will post as soon as I remember it. Some wonderful water from famous springs in Georgia - Batumi? Borjomi? would like to try more Georgia water but sadly have not visited there yet.

In UK, my favorite used to be Malvern Water (no longer available as such although I think might still be used by Schweppes as base for some of their other drinks) - completely tasteless so a perfect mixer especially with whisky

With regard to some waters produced by Nestle, and occasionally Coke and Pepsi bottling plants, I recall seeing occasional pieces in the press over time about that water being sometimes taken away from villages and areas, from local people that need it (overdrawing water), at some locations....I try to drink water that I believe is not needed by local people in this way.

I like Nateczowianka, labelled a carbonated mineral water, from Poland. Comes in regular and low-sodium varieties. A 6-pack of 1.5-liter bottles usually costs me $4.99.

I don't buy bottled water unless I am away from home and thirsty. Here is a MUCH better way to spend your bottled water money.

But really-Hawaiian deep seawater- it is extracted from 900ft under the ocean floor.

Evian tastes like the bear did something in the snow. Just sayin.... I don't "get" Evian.

Now, SPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA(hhhhhhh) is the best water.

I usually just buy the generic brand, especially at convenience stores when I'm on a roadtrip. Quantity is more important than brand name.

I will admit that I volunteered at an athletic event that gave out bottles of Fiji to all the participants and that is pretty good stuff!

Poland Spring, but only because that's what I grew up with and it's "only in the Northeast-ness" makes it awesome.

I prefer carbonated water so it's between Perrier or San Pellegrino.

I find this thread really interesting. I can't believe that so many people take water this seriously. Excluding carbonated, flavored, etc waters, water should be colorless, odorless and tasteless so how can one be the best compared to other clear liquids that you can't smell or taste?

My favorite water? Anything clean and sanitary (or at least able to be filtered). I was staying at the IC in MEL recently and the water given to you (and also available in the minibar) came with some spiel about how it's only collected from a certain mountain stream when the air quality is within a certain range and a goose farts in a certain direction or some other such garbage and I couldn't help but think "Who cares? It tastes like... Nothing. Just the way water should."

Everyday: Dasani. It tastes just fine, and it's not too expensive. SmartWater is great, too!

Splurge: I like Fiji and Voss quite a bit. Aqua Panna is decent, too, and I seem to get it often while I'm in Europe.

I'm no fancy pants and kind of a cheapskate. I like Fiji but it can be too expensive. I'm more partial to Crystal Geyser.

I don't care for Arrowhead and Vittel.

At home I drink Evian most of the time, but occasionally buy Volvic. I am also a fan of Voss, but tend to only drink it at hotels, restaurants etc...

For sparkling I like Badoit, Pellegrino, or Perrier, depending on the level of carbonation I want.

Nor do I, Arrowhead tastes like pool water.

I actually don't mind tap water in some parts of the country. It's fine here in NC, and it was when I lived in NY too. But when I was in the desert states (AZ and NV) it tasted atrocious. Almost difficult to brush your teeth wtih.
