Scary, but not surprising considering the kind of people hire and turnover McDonalds compared to many of thier counter parts...

In college, I had a buddy working one night in the dining hall, scooping ice cream. A girl came up and asked for a scoop of the cherry vanilla. He said they didn't have that flavor. She asked, "then what's that?"...

It was plain vanilla. He'd cut his hand, but with the cold of the cooler, hadn't noticed.

Those were less litigious days, I suppose.
