Are you mad at a restaurant?
I recently visited the Terrace in Dunedin, NZ.
They took a long time to bring out our food.
What upset me was that they did not want to appologize, but to justify their action.
My e-mail complaint went unanswered.
All I wanted was an appology and recognition that they would do better for others in the future.

I wouldn't stress about the lack of response. Just take it as a sign that they don't value feedback. They will perhaps not succeed; regardless, you needn't frequent the place again.
