Aviation themed pub names

Had a random thought last night about what would make a good aviation themed pub name. Came up with "The sharklets end".

Anyone got any other ideas?

Dallas has the Cockpit Bar on Marsh Lane. London has the Cockpit Pub.

Some actual places:

Manhattan Beach, CA:
The Hangar Inn (hangarinn.com | https://maps.app.goo.gl/KLQbKwmBSXQgrnK67) - has the aft part of an airplane (looks like a Cessna) sticking above the roof (see on the Google Maps link)

Los Angeles, CA:
The Proud Bird (www.theproudbird.com | https://maps.app.goo.gl/nNbcqUkStxJwpKUa9) - as mentioned earlier by corky , sits just east of 25L at LAX and has multiple actual flight and full scale model aircraft in its parking lot, airplane park and a P-40 hanging from its rafters inside. Also, its bar is The Mile High Club.

One other quick note: both The Hangar Inn and The Proud Bird are on Aviation Boulevard.

San Diego, CA (Kearney Mesa):
94th Aero Squadron (https://www.94thsandiego.com/ | https://maps.app.goo.gl/RJX2xyuykuSLeZ3v7) - is what remains of the multiple 94th Aero Squadron restaurants opened by David Tallichet (Chicago, Columbus, Costa Mesa, Denver, Miami, San Jose, St. Louis were the others) - the original (now closed) was opened in 1973 adjacent to the Van Nuys Airport (https://maps.app.goo.gl/sCSddTW8U5cuUn1s7) - doesn't have quite the same collection of aircraft outside as Van Nuys but the last remaining one is still aviation themed - and does sit adjacent to Runway 5/23 at Mongomery-Gibbs Field/Executive Airport. (If I'd been smart in another day, I could have reserved a seat and been flown from LAX to MYF but then I wouldn't have had a car to get around San Diego area...).

Cleveland, OH (Brookpark):
The Aviator Pub (https://aviatorpubcleveland.com/ | https://maps.app.goo.gl/TCEDQowZf3oH6Lvc9) - inherits what was the 100th Bomb Group restaurant building and sits in full view of Runway 01/28 at CLE. FWIW, it has a 747 Happy Hour (drinks & dishes for $7.47) M-F and Sun. The rooftop apparently is named Altitude and its food truck is Flight Bites.

One other note: The Proud Bird, 94th Aero Squadron and 100 Bomb Group were all established by and part of Tallichet's Specialty Restaurants Group.

Witchita, KS:
Flight 1868 (https://flight1868.com/ | https://maps.app.goo.gl/QUNvrtBa4mdL2xv79) - is nowhere near ICT nor McConnell AFB but is a "Neighborhood Aviation Themed Whiskey & Wine Bar".

Hangar One Steakhouse (https://hangaronesteakhouse.com/ | https://maps.app.goo.gl/hfEX6huiFeJvph2w9) - is under the landing path of Runway 19L at ICT and has the nose of a C-45 sticking out of one of its walls and has multiple aircraft engines and items and memorabilia on display and in use as part of the bar.

Colorado Springs, CO:
The Airplane Restaurant (https://theairplanerestaurant.com/ | https://maps.app.goo.gl/BSR5MvDnw6aPTzv2A) - is a restaurant that uses a KC-97 as its dining hall.

Opfikon, CH:
Runway 34 (https://runway34.ch/ | https://maps.app.goo.gl/aVbHXTmeqCKWRXqGA) - is also a restaurant that sits adjacent to Runway 34 @ ZRH where the building is built as a hangar around an IL-14 and has other aircraft as well.

Since there are quite a few other establishments for drinking and eating in the aviation themed named category (here's another Landing Strip with this one in MD near MTD (https://maps.app.goo.gl/S4rZgAiqptWjYG5y8) with a P-47 atop), I'll point everyone to a map which has places both on-airport or within 2 miles that general aviation folks have put together and are trying to maintain (https://av8maps.com/airport-based-restaurants/) that has a multitude of aviation named or themed establishments such as Crosswinds in Payson, AZ (PAY) (https://maps.app.goo.gl/W2dKnrqqrmdT7hVo6) or Flight Deck Restaurant & Lounge in Reynoldsville, PA at Dubois Aiport (DUJ) (https://maps.app.goo.gl/HQkrRyVyXV35mkpK9). If folks have more time, there's also a seaplane bases and seaplane accessible restaurants map (https://av8maps.com/seaplane-bases-and-restaurants/).

David

p.s. If you're into coffee instead and want your plane, the Roasterie Factory Cafe in Kansas City (https://maps.app.goo.gl/239bWwdaCZxw5exi8) has a C-47/DC-3.

It can mean (1) an aircraft runway or (2) a pubic hair grooming style.

What's the third?

The Perfect Landing restaurant, which overlooks the apron at Centennial Airport in Denver. It's a pretty popular brunch spot.

In Anchorage, AK there was a dive bar next to the Lake Hood floatplane base called the Fly by Night Club, featuring its owner/main performer, Mister Whitekeys. It changed its name to The Flying Machine, which is now the house restaurant for a hotel facing the lake. Many a boozy night spent there.

An excellent restaurant! Apparently I haven't eaten there since 2011, which is a shame, but I used to love going when I was growing up and watching all of the GA activity.
