What a view.
I am at the TDM 1874 Brewery's Shimo-Kitazawa taproom enjoying a pint of BBB session bitter (4% ABV - 1,080).
If you visit here, arrive via the Odakyu Line ~ it also has through-running trains from central Tokyo on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda line. (The 'green' line.) Get to the southwest exit of the Shimokitazawa station [OH-07]. Emerge from the station edifice and espy this taproom on the second floor ahead of you. Use the elevator. (The stairs are cordoned off.)
There are seven seats facing windows which display the Odakyu station. Good people watching (if you're into that). It is also a bottle shop; not just for its beers, but sake, wines, and ciders.
The wifi password is its phone number = 0357875411
The food here is also alleged to be good.I have not yet had that. I had its burger. It was good. The fries accompanying it were institutional, but well prepared.
