Now that looks really good. I haven't had a good slice in a while so I find myself salivating just looking at the picture of a decent slice.

As for myself today, I thawed two lobster tails last night in the fridge which I have spent my morning coffee time trying to figure out exactly how I want to prepare them today (was going to make Lobster Newburg but realized I don't have heavy cream, just half n half) settled on making risotto with the shells and butter poaching the unshelled tails this afternoon while watching the tournament and Derby Trail races from Turfway and Fair Grounds.

Yesterday - carbonara ($17) from an outdoor food truck (Patrizi’s) - this was not my pick as the flies outside made eating an unpleasant experience - I’m also just not skilled at eating pasta - I guess it was good, though, pasta really isn’t my thing - the garlic bread (not pictured) was much better than the pasta
