Only scrambled eggs at Renaissance Pittsburgh as the remaining three strips of bacon were swimming in grease

Only thing better than dinner is #free dinner, last night from Del Frisco's Grille: wedge salad with shrimp, roasted wild mushrooms

Had a $50 credit expiring this week so I made good use of it last night. I also enjoyed a couple of blue cheese-stuffed olives, though that's not quite for this thread.

I had hoped to do this and ended up just eating it as originally served - carrots, cabbage, and potatoes.

Ah, return of the mushy pork

Last night for dinner was baked tuna steak turkey chili that my mother brought to me I had two portions of tuna left and those are now in the freezer, since I have this fresh turkey chili to go through.

I also had a Postmates coupon expiring last night, so I scheduled an order for tonight from a nearby Indian place that I like. 35% off + free delivery + BOGO chicken vindaloo. But I had to get four portions to hit the minimum, and each portion will be 1.5-2 servings. Still works out to $4.50-$6 per serving. Luckily it too can be frozen.

Serrano ham eggs Benedict for breakfast at the Notary Hotel in Philadelphia - I even ate the salad as it was arugula

Since my breakfast was too healthy, lunch was a maple bacon donut and sour cream donut from Beiler’s - I honestly preferred the sour cream

Chicken broth made from MINOR's Chicken Base. My dad sent it to me from Amazon and it is fantastic. I don't know if I should be posting this here or in the beverage thread.

I really need to keep my phone with me in the kitchen. Steamed pork patty with salty egg is such an easy dish to make. I didn't make salted eggs this winter but maybe I should.

Dinner tonight: chicken vindaloo with brown rice I had a little more than I was planning, but not a big deal. I'm especially pleased they subbed brown rice for the white rice per my request, which means that tomorrow I can have brown rice with the last of my turkey chili!
